On March 18, Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner Nathan Houdek issued Wisconsin’s new bulletin on the use of artificial intelligence systems (AIS) in insurance, becoming the 24th state to adopt the NAIC Model Bulletin on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems by Insurers.
